The Six Phase Meditation

Welcome to The Six Phase Meditation Method! I’ll be your guide to learn about the method, learn how each phase works separately, and to provide you with a full recording to accompany your daily practice once you have familiarized yourself with each phase. Consistent practice of the full meditation yields transformational results.

To begin, start with the top recording below called Introduction. Next, proceed through each recording in order at your own pace.
