Mental Fitness

In the tradition of a Positive Intelligence practice, we integrate this methodology to strengthen positive mental patterns while weakening negative ones, creating lasting change through consistent mental training.

Positive Intelligence (PQ) measures the percentage of time your mind serves you as opposed to sabotaging you. While IQ measures cognitive intelligence and EQ measures emotional intelligence, PQ determines how much of your potential you actually achieve, directly affecting how you feel and how easily you function.

Shirzad Chamine, developer of the framework, combines crucial learning from neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive psychology, and performance science and creates this evidence-based framework to help improve overall wellbeing and achieve your goals.

Our mental fitness training includes lifting with and strengthening rapid-fire shifts to de-escalate negative thought patterns, and this practice is called Self-Command. We also train our ability to disarm the main sources of the false narratives that cause our self-sabotaging behaviors, and we call this strength our Saboteur-Interceptor.

Finally, we grow the presence and strength of your positive self, which we call the Sage. These powers enable you to respond to situations from a place of wisdom and possibility rather than fear and limitation. As these muscles strengthen, you develop greater capacity to find creative solutions, maintain perspective during challenges, and take action aligned with your deeper values.
